By commissioning me you are agreeing to all the terms on this list!

ALL COMISSIONS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

General Information

The client is purchasing digital artwork/video, not physical prints.

By purchasing any of my services the Client is automatically accepting my Terms of Service and obligated to follow them.

Be very clear when saying what type of commission is wanted.

The client is responsible for providing all the necessary references, descriptions and images.

The Artist may use any images of the Commission for promotional purposes

All static pieces are in 300 dpi, minimum 1000px

IF THIS AGREEMENT IS BROKEN, I RETAIN FULL RIGHTS TO RETRACT THE COMMISSION

I can do

  • Surreal Space Art

  • Realistic/Surreal Album Covers

  • Photo Retouching

  • Clothing Design

  • AI Artworks

  • Video Editing

I will NOT do

  • Gore

  • Offensive Content

  • Furries

  • NSFW

Payment & Refund

Payment will be be accepted in EUR/USD only.

Payment options are 50% Upfront after the base sketch or 100% Upfront Payment

Completed artwork cannot be refunded.

The Artist holds the right to cancel and refund any commission at any time.

The Client has no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances

Once the first payment has been paid, I will keep the deposit until I am finished with the commission, then ask for the second half if we are doing 50/50. THEN I will send the finished commission.

If the client files a chargeback thy automatically forfeit all rights to all commissions made by the artist.

Copyright

As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork.

Commissions are Personal Use unless commercial fees are paid.

The Client is NOT allowed to post the art anywhere without proper credit

The Client is NOT allowed to take credit for the art or remove my watermarks/signatures.

The Client is NOT allowed to reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially without commercial rights

The Client is NOT allowed to use the Commision for NFTS without commercial righrs

If the Client breaks the copyright infringement in any way, they forfeit all the rights they had to the commission!

Not reading the TOS does NOT exempt you from following the terms.
